Berry Gains Shake

400ml (approx serving)
1.5 Apples
1 Banana
20 Blueberries
13 Red Grapes
Some Beetroot Juice
Handful of Chia and Flax Seeds 
1 scoop of Strawberry Whey Isolate
1.25 scoops of Strawberry casein
Method
  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them into a blender along with the seeds
  2. Once the apples and seeds have blended add the remaining fruits into the blender
  3. Once all the fruits have blended add the scoops of whey and isolate 
  4. Once all the ingredients have blended add some ice to increase the smoothness of the shake
  5. Serve and enjoy
Some things to consider:
  • There are over 40g of proteins in this shake containing fast and slow releasing protein in whey and casein respectively. This makes for a good in-between meal snack or post-workout drink.
