How I Train...
Basing in cheerleading requires serious strength and the use of all the muscles in the body. In order to reach the best level in the game you need to put the hours in practicing stunts in order to achieve that. There is also a high degree of strength and conditioning which goes into this sport, and this is what Acidic Fitness Athlete Poppy Caller will demonstrate with the first instalment of the "How I Train" series.
